I’ve often wondered how we would respond to an IT crisis, and yesterday afternoon we were faced with just such a scenario. Even though we were down for a few hours, I think it should be noted that Accellis did an absolutely tremendous job responding to the situation and getting us back online. They knew about the problem even before we did, mobilized literally everyone working there, and immediately identified and isolated the worm and then began cleaning all of the impacted machines. Granted, that’s their job, but they executed very well, with precision and speed. Often, credit is not given where credit is due, and in this instance I think they deserve lots of credit. Without their quick action, we could have easily been down for 10 times the amount of time.
In 2010, the growth of MSI dictated the need for servers and software. Through a mutual IT friend, MSI was referred to Accellis Technology Group.
