As a graduate of Mount Union College with a Bachelors in Business Management, Stefanie works at Accellis as their Billing and Operations Manager. With over twelve years of  MSP Operations knowledge in the technology industry, she has extensive experience in accounting, human resources, process improvement, and office management.

Prior to Accellis, Stefanie was an Operations Specialist for a publicly-traded IT consulting firm and has previously held Client Account Management, Administrative Coordinator and Procurement Manager positions. Regardless of title, Stefanie has always strived to improve and strengthen internal and external relationships at all levels in an organization.

In Stefanie’s spare time, she enjoys spending her time with family, mentoring the young ladies in her Girl Scout troop, volunteering for her community and enjoying time spent near the lake.
