Service Manager

As a Service Manager for Accellis, Chris is an integral member of our IT management team. Chris provides strategic consulting and customer-focused support for our client’s technology infrastructure and service initiatives. Chris continuously challenges the status quo by helping our clients gain efficiency and reduce risk and cost by re-engineering processes and solutions.

Prior to Accellis, Chris was a Systems Engineer for a publicly-traded IT consulting firm. He’s provided high-quality network administrator level support for over 600 users in the legal, medical, manufacturing, distribution and construction industries.

Chris holds a degree in Computer Networking Systems and is an Advanced ShoreTel Certified Implementation Specialist. He has extensive knowledge in Windows Server (2012, 2008, 2003), Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP, thin clients, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Exchange Server (2010, 2007, 2003), SQL Server (2005, 2008, 2012), RDS/Terminal Server, File & Print Server, Backup Server, WatchGuard and SonicWall Firewalls, VMWare, ShorTel, Veeam, Symantec Backup Exec, Windows Backup and Barracuda devices.
