Client Service Coordinator
As the Accellis Technology Group’s Client Service Coordinator for three years running, Jennifer Mason ensures a seamless product delivery for our computer and software products. She also ensures client satisfaction across all departments and that issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Jennifer brings extensive experience in training, process improvement, office management and customer service. Prior to joining the team, Jennifer was responsible for the administrative operations at several health care facilities. As a crucial member of Accellis, Jennifer is eager to incorporate her skills and truly embodies our “Positive +1” customer service approach.
